🥴 a correction

that last newsletter had a mistake in it, oops!

while answering FAQs about Constellation Clarity i accidentally paired the "i’m neurodivergent - will this work for me?" question with the wrong answer.

here's the correct info!

i’m neurodivergent - will this work for me?

i don’t know your situation, so obviously i can’t say 100%. though i don’t have an official diagnosis, i’m pretty secure in the fact that i have ADHD and this system has worked better for me than any i’ve tried. and if you find my free content and tools resonate and are useful for you, it’s likely Constellation Clarity will be too.

i’m neurotypical - will this work for me?

you’ll definitely get something out of it! i’ve tested this with both neurotypical and neurodivergent folks and they’ve both found it helpful.the thing with ADHD is that it’s almost a scaling-up of problems that everyone deals with from time-to-time: forgetfulness, boredom, executive dysfunction, resistance, lack of motivation etc. which means that a lot of tools which are essential for someone with ADHD end up being beneficial for all sorts of people. you may not need or depend on them as much as someone with ADHD, but they can still streamline things massively.

take care,

sun 19 nov ever wondered what happens to a house spirit when you move? a few years back i decided that in my personal cosmology, it made the most sense to have a continuous relationship with one key house spirit which would move with me, shrugging off the structure of the old house like a coat, and slipping into the new one like fresh pajamas. moving is often a flurry of emotions (excitement, nostalgia, even grief) struggling to be processed under an avalanche of logistics. there’s so much to...

mon 6 nov okay so i had to skip my usual newsletter last week - but i’m happy to say i’ve taken the burnout break i needed and have spent the past few weeks untangling my work plan and easing back into things. i wasn’t expecting to end up relying on decks and divination so much to help me sort out the next phase of my work, to be honest, but that’s what i’ve done. it’s been incredibly helpful. as you might know, i’m more of a Lenormand girl when it comes to card divination, but recently i’ve...

sat 7 oct happy october 🎃 🍁 ☕️ ⚰️ i’ve been in hermit-mode for a little while, but today i want to let you know what’s been going on. aaaaalright, let’s do this one last time. in the latter half of September, i was having a kinda rough time. not only was i having the worst physical anxiety symptoms i’d had in years, but i also started to notice anhedonia (feeling numb and unable to take pleasure in things) rearing its head. eventually all this escalated into a flare up of full-on depression....
